Can I park in an empty student spot on Campus?

During the academic day, all student spots are reserved exclusively for the person they are assigned to during the hours of 7:45 am to 3:30 pm. Not all students arrive at the same time, and many have multiple free periods during the week. Parking spots available after 3:30 pm are open for anyone to use.
