Who will serve as Parker's general contractor?

Level 10 Construction was hired in March 2022 to oversee the day-to-day construction of Parker Forward. Most recently, Level 10 has constructed the Knauss Center for Business Education at the University of San Diego and the Geisel Teaching and Learning Commons at UCSD. Once the construction starts, Level 10 staff will be onsite daily.
